Frequently asked questions :
When can I expect my shipment to be sent out?
For any in stock product, we usually ship out within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.
Any dyed to order product will be shipped within 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase.
If you purchase any in stock with your dyed to order, everything will be shipped together, if you wish to receive your in stock prior to the dyed to order, we recommend that you place two separate orders.
Can you combine shipments if we place more than one order?
Yes! Please, send us an email with the order numbers and we will gladly combine your orders. If there is any overage for the shipping fees, we will reimburse anything above CA$5.00 .
Which currency do you use?
We set up everything on our end with the Canadian currency, however, Shopify will convert it to your selected currency.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes! Please send us an email at creationmisscouture@gmail.com so we can set you up! We will happily work with brick and mortar shops and online shops!
Can you do a custom colour for me?
Yes... and no.
Yes, if it's for at least a sweater quantity worth of yarn (four skeins and more), if the project is something that sounds fun and we can squeeze in the schedule.
No, if it's under four skeins and we don't have room to squeeze the project in the schedule.
